Our S54 NA tunes include a custom base calibration that works with both USA and Euro emission standards—when used with the appropriate hardware. Each tune has been meticulously developed and vetted on our dyno, including custom code options tailored to your specific needs. We offer full support for any exhaust, cam, intake, and fuel setup, ensuring your build is fully optimized and customized to your specifications.

We also provide support for a range of options, including shift lights, sport mode memory, pops, launch control, and anything else you might need. Additionally, CSL (Upgraded) shift parameters are included with any SMG-based ecu tune, ensuring faster and more responsive gear changes.

• Stock MAF and Injectors: Suitable for setups up to approximately 330whp, providing reliable performance for moderately tuned engines.
• Upgraded 500cc Injectors and Flex Fuel: Perfect for those looking to push beyond 330whp, offering considerable room for power gains and full flex-fuel capability. Learn more here.

CSL Conversion Tune

Our CSL conversion tune updates your ECU to a true 32500 calibration, exactly like the OEM CSL ECU. This calibration has been meticulously adjusted for the correct camshafts and operations, including H-bridge control and other essential functions, ensuring your engine runs as the factory CSL intended.

Each tune has been thoroughly developed and vetted on our dyno, tailored to your specific needs. We offer full support for any exhaust, cam, intake, and fuel setup, ensuring your build is fully optimized and customized to your specifications.

We also provide support for a range of options, including shift lights, sport mode memory, pops, launch control, and anything else you might need.

We do charge more for this package, and it is anticipated that you will take the car for an AFR dyno plot so we can optimize the setup for your specific vehicle.

• Stock Injectors: Map and IAT of your choosing. Suitable for setups up to approximately 330whp, providing reliable performance for moderately tuned engines.

While we value the 32500 calibration, we often find it doesn’t meet the goals of every customer. For those seeking a different approach, we typically recommend a 32300 or 32200 calibration with our Alpha-N logic, which may better suit your specific performance needs. Please see our NA tune packages to the left for these options.

S54 Supercharged Tune

Our S54 supercharged tune is tailored for standard VF and ESS kits, with a focus on delivering maximum performance and reliability. This tune is designed specifically for MAF delete setups, and while you can use an IAT of your choice, we highly recommend our fast-response IAT for optimal results.

We recommend upgrading to our 1000cc injectors to ensure sufficient fuel delivery, but other options like 660cc (60#) injectors are also acceptable depending on your specific setup and goals.

Our tune has been meticulously developed and vetted on our dyno. If you stick to a standard setup, we have something that will get you very close to your end goal. Otherwise, if you go fully custom, our extensive experience in dialing in these setups ensures your build is fully optimized and customized to your specifications. We offer full support for any exhaust, cam, intake, and fuel setup, providing you with a seamless tuning experience.

We also provide support for a range of additional features, including shift lights, sport mode memory, pops, launch control, and CSL (Upgraded) shift parameters for SMG-based tunes. S54 Turbocharged Package

Our S54 turbo tune is the result of over a decade of experience with the platform. We've re-written the stock MSS54 ECU software to fully prepare it for turbocharging, including crucial changes to O2 sensor logic. This ensures OEM-level drivability and safety, with support for multiple maps and fuels like E85, race gas, and pump gas. We have many turbo e46 m3's running around on stock engines making 600+ whp, please call if youd like us to build your e46.

We also offer additional features like shift lights, sport mode memory, pops, launch control, and CSL (Upgraded) shift parameters for SMG-based tunes, enhancing your driving experience.
