Unleash the Full Potential of Your N53 Engine
At 22RPD, our N53 engine tunes are meticulously crafted to enhance every aspect of your BMW’s performance. Whether you're aiming for a naturally aspirated upgrade or exploring the power potential of a supercharger, our tuning solutions are designed to meet your specific needs.
Expertise and Precision in Every Tune
With state-of-the-art facilities and a deep understanding of BMW dynamics, our expert team offers tuning options tailored to your setup and goals. Our comprehensive calibration ensures seamless integration for optimal performance, and our industry-leading support is here to make your automotive dreams a reality.
We push the limits of the stock ECU, supporting most hardware changes through in-house developments, ensuring you get a custom tune perfectly suited to your setup. These are not off-the-shelf tunes; we make the necessary adjustments to fit your exact specifications provided you upload the appropriate logs.
Important Note: A battery tender (15A or more) is essential for a proper flashing procedure. Keeping the voltage over 12v is crucial to avoid bricking the ECU.
Our Tune Packages
We offer the following tune packages to suit your specific needs:
- Naturally Aspirated Tune
Tune Package Options:
-
Pops and Bangs: Choose from Burble (more frequent, quieter), Gunshot (louder, less frequent), or Flame (loud with occasional flames on deceleration).
-
MAF Delete: Switches ECU load source to Alpha-N calculation.
-
E85 Conversion: This is not a Flex Fuel tune—it does not automatically adjust to different ethanol blends. It’s a single map designed for a specific mixture requested by the customer (E30, E50, etc.).
-
Hardcut Limiter: Alters the stock rev limiter for a more aggressive, noticeable limit.
-
GTS Startup: Adds a roar at startup similar to the F series M4 GTS.
-
Extra Map(s): Add or remove features like pops, change fuel type, or adjust the rev limiter.
-
Left Foot Brake (LFB): Enables left foot braking, ideal for drifting or turbo applications.
-
DTC Removal: Removes error codes, primarily for swap-related issues (not recommended for functional sensor deletion).
