22RPD N52 and N51 Stainless Turbo Manifold

The 22RPD N5x Turbo Manifold was designed from a clean sheet to be the most efficient turbo manifolds available for the platform.

This is not a traditional welded tubular manifold. It is a fully engineered 316L stainless manifold built around proper runner geometry, true 3-1 merge collectors, and smooth internal transitions that are not practical to produce with conventional fabrication methods.

Where a welded tubular manifold is limited by available bends, cut angles, weld access, and collector packaging, the 22RPD manifold was designed as a complete flow system. Each runner is smoothly routed into a properly shaped 3-1 merge collector, allowing exhaust pulses to transition cleanly toward the turbine inlet with reduced turbulence, reduced dead volume, and improved exhaust energy retention.

The result is a manifold designed for response, boost control, and high-power efficiency.

Designed Around the Right Turbo

This manifold was developed around the 62/62 DBB billet turbocharger, a GTX35R-frame turbo well suited for high-output N52 applications. The manifold was designed around a modern v-band turbine inlet package from the start. This turbo will be efficient for 400-700whp.

That allows tighter packaging, cleaner turbine entry, and a more purpose-built turbo system.

Why Additive Manufacturing?

Traditional tubular manifolds have always been limited by fabrication realities. Even when they are well made, the builder is still working with straight sections, pre-bent tube, hand-cut intersections, and welded collectors.

The 22RPD manifold removes those limitations.

By manufacturing the manifold as an engineered 316L stainless component, we are able to use geometry that would be extremely difficult — or impossible — to reproduce with welded tubing. The internal merge shape, runner transitions, and turbine inlet path were designed for flow first.

Made to Order

Each manifold is made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before shipment. Tested fitment includes only e90 chassis for now. 

Finish Options

Manifolds are available in a satin finish or a hand-polished finish. Polishing is performed by hand and is available by request. Please contact us for current polished finish pricing.
